This system is designed for three rods .Variable Detection System – VDS: Using a magnetic vibration sensor, the VDS generates a signal that responds directly to line movement. Movement is detected in two ways: by the roller wheel (S) or by vibration (V). The sensitivity can be adjusted differently. Ultra-sensitive vibration detection: The V-Control overrides the line wheel so that the VDS can now detect even the smallest movements. This is perfect when fishing slack lines in search of “liner” or when fishing very tight lines where a strike is often preceded by a beep or two before any discernible movement is detected.Wheel Detection: Automatic detection system that switches between motion and roller wheel detection to ensure you never miss that all-important bite. Eight levels of sensitivity (can also be controlled from the receiver). They are adjusted with the S-knob reel between the minimum sensitivity setting of 100mm (ideal for running water), and the maximum setting which detects line movement as little as 2mm, making them ideal for timid or suspicious fish.
