The Nytro Starkx Big River Series Feeder Rod range has been purposely designed to cover a wide range of coarse fishing styles and is perfect for situations where you need to cast heavy feeders or play big powerful fish such as carp, barbel and chub.  These feeder rods are just perfect for fishing large European natural venues and especially fast flowing rivers. When tested to the limit, anglers will appreciate the sheer power that these Starx Feeder Rods have to offer.  

These feeder rods comprise of a pure carbon curve blank with a nice progressive through action that leaves sufficient reserves in the spine of the feeder fishing rod for casting heavy feeders whilst also making this feeder rod great for playing fish and avoiding hook pulls at the landing net. This feeder fishing rod has been designed with enough power to land all sizes of fish from small skimmers and roach to large hard fighting carp and barbel but still allow you to accurately cast even the heaviest of fishing feeders. As with all Nytro feeder rods, only the finest materials have been used with black anodized, anti-tangle distance guides being used throughout the rod. A secure DPS style reel seat with down locking EVA hood has been used which allows the feeder rod to be used with a range of fishing reels.

Nytro have used a handle on these feeder rods which combines high density EVA and cork grips which gives both an excellent casting and fish playing action. Two carbon quiver tips are supplied with each feeder rod in this range which have been selected by the team at Nytro to cover a wide range of feeder fishing situations. A great addition to these feeder rods is an oversized hook keeper, which allows you to hook your feeder rig, preventing it from tangling when the feeder fishing rod is not in use. The Nytro Starkx Big River Series Feeder Rod comprises six different models covering a range of lengths from 11ft to 14ft and casting weights from 60g to 200g. For easy transport and storage, these Nytro Feeder Rods break down into three equal pieces and are supplied in a rod bag. The Nytro Starx Big River Series Feeder Rod range is finished in a half matt black finish with epoxy black guide wrapping and rubber cork butt caps that feature the Nytro logo.
