The Advanta Jerkbait Rod has been designed by the team at Advanta to allow the lure angler to fish for a wide variety of species such as pike, perch and zander in both still and moving water with an array of fishing lures such as jerkbaits, plastics, plugs, spinners and crankbaits comfortably and easily. This lure rod features a 7ft 4 2-piece blank with a casting range of 20-80g meaning it is suited to the most popular size lures giving you plenty of opportunity to change from smaller topwater lures to larger deepwater lures using the same rod.

The Advanta jerk bait rod features a comfortable EVA foregrip and handle to offer unrivalled strength that remains comfortable to handle all day long, low profile guides standing up well to lively retrieves, repeated casts, and all the demands of an active lure fishing session. Advanta have fitted this fishing rod with a trigger grip reel seat which is perfect with either fixed spool fishing reels or baitcasting reels. This reel seat has been used as it allows the angler to impart lifelike movement from the rod to the lure easily and efficiently when fishing, which entice more fish to strike the bait!

This spinning rod also features an oversized hook keeper ring which can be used when you move between swims to securely attached your lure and avoid unnecessary tangles. For easy transport and storage, this Advanta Jerk Bait Rod is also supplied in a cloth rod bag, and with its short packdown length, it is the perfect rod for all your predator fishing or even to keep in your car/van for an opportune fishing session.
